Off the back of a deck built around their waterside pool, our amazing clients from Marks Point got us in to completely re-do their house in a renovation from top to bottom.Stripping the whole house back to frame, re-levelling the floors, relocating the stairwell, 3 ensuites, a bathroom and creating a lift shaft through the centre of the house, all while continuing an open plan living area onto a spacious deck overlooking Lake Macquarie.

Jewells multi-room project
This project was a Bathroom ensuite and Master suite extension, complete with high-end walk-in robe. This was all constructed after an old sunroom was demolished and a structural steel portal frame was built in its place to support the second story Grand Bathroom.This project was a Finalist in the Excellence in Building awards for the Master Builders Association.

Islington deck
This monster 60m2 deck wraps around the entire rear corner of this family home in Islington, complete with roof and lined ceiling and downlights for use of any time of the day.We opted for 140mm wide Merbau decking board in this larger space as a standard 90mm board would make the space look extremely busy. Finishing off with a rural style Handrail.

Mayfield renovation
This project consisted of a complete renovation of the existing home including 2 bathrooms (main and ensuite), 3 bedrooms and a 6m extension off the rear of the house with a 29m2 deck. Both bathrooms include luxurious underfloor heating, with the ensuite inclusive of a double shower under the glass ceiling. The main bathroom boasts a huge 280kg stone bath where the floor was specially engineered to carry the mammoth stone feature.
